Our work is possible because you give. Financial donations enable the eight programs of St. Petersburg Free Clinic to run smoothly and help more of our neighbors in need. Nearly 80% of funds to St. Petersburg Free Clinic come from individuals in our community.
Ways to Give
1. Give online
2. Give by mail: Donations can be mailed directly to:
St. Petersburg Free Clinic
863 3rd Avenue N
St. Petersburg, FL 33701
3. Give by phone: Please call us at (727) 821-1200, ext. 106 We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
4. Gifts of Stocks, bonds and mutual funds that are worth more than they cost can result in significant tax savings. Giving stock through electronic transfer is the easiest and most expedient method of giving if you maintain holdings in a brokered account. You will need to provide the following information to the transferring broker:
Account number: 10255109
DTC Number: 0725
Clearing Broker: Raymond James Associates
Reference: [Donor’s Name]
Please alert our Development Office (727–821-1200, ext. 110) before the transfer so we can make arrangements with our broker to receive the stock. Without this information we cannot issue a tax receipt. Consult your financial advisor for more information.
5. Matching Gifts
Does your employer have a Matching Gift Program? Many employers will match your charitable donation but you must request the match. Consider sending a matching gift form along with your donation. Matched gifts mean double or even triple the impact so that twice as many people can receive the help they need.
6. Become a Helping Hands Monthly Donor:
Donors who pledge a monthly or recurring gift are our Helping Hands Monthly Donors. Helping Hands directly impacts their neighbors in need in Pinellas County by providing a consistent base of support.
Gifts in any amount are appreciated and count towards recognition in the 1970s Circle – so named in honor of St. Petersburg Free Clinic’s founding year. Donors receive the newsletter, information about the impact of their donation, and invitations to special programs and events.
Donors are recognized on an annual basis, for cumulative giving within the fiscal year (October 1 – September 30).
