The Essential Workers Program is for essential employees who rely on the bus, but because of PSTA’s reduced bus service, the employees are no longer able to reliably get to or from work. PSTA will work to get these employees rides to or from work curb to curb on either Uber, United Taxi, or Care Ride. Click here to apply today!

If you have a permanent or temporary disability and are unable to independently use the regular, wheelchair accessible PSTA buses, call PSTA at 727-540-1800 for a DART application form. These forms are also available at the PSTA facility located at 3201 Scherer Dr., St. Petersburg, FL 33716, and also available for download.

If you are in need of assistance with the application, please call our Client Advocate at 727-821-1200 x 126
